Individual counseling sessions are 140$ for a 50-minute appointment. Couples counseling sessions are 160$ for a 50-minute appointment.
I accept cash, credit, HSA and FSA payments. Payment is due at time of service.
I can also provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement of counseling services.

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning that I do not accept insurance at this time. This allows you to have greater flexibility, confidentiality, and control over your mental health care.
I can, however, create a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are interested in a Superbill for services, please reach out to your insurance company before beginning services in order to inquire about your potential reimbursement benefits.

No, I can only see patients residing in New York State at this time. However, if you live far from the Rochester area, I am able to see patients anywhere in New York State via online therapy!

That is entirely up to you! My general recommendation is to begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Monthly sessions may be useful for checking in on progress after major therapeutic gains have already been made.

Sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel an appointment. No problem! Please reach out to me with any scheduling issues and we can come up with a solution. All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
However, if your session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your session.
If you do not call or show up to a scheduled session, your account will also be charged a cancellation fee.
